Whats it taste like Pete ? Is that all snapper and kahawhai ? How does it work do you salt it then just hang it or what, i have heard of it before but never understood how it all works .

I believe there are many other ways of doing it, she is just yet to show me. The fish we tend to use is Trevlly and Kahawai but I know my previous partners family used to butterfly herrings. They were lovely just fried up. Once dried I vacuum seal in packs. Will last up to a year if my relatives dont come across and raid the supplies less
