  • Mark Callaghan Hello Erik,i use 15lb mainline with 70lb shock leader.I always use a Bimini twist to connect to leader.

  • Erik Grubb Very nice, thank you. I always get interested in long distance casting, but then find myself having no actual need past about 110 yards in 99% of my fishing. I do love it though and may start taking it up as simply a hobby.
