Shown in this video is Ralph Rodriguez of Liberty Realty in Hoboken, New Jersey. Ralph is very excited about catching a 29 inch Striped Bass in the East River. He did not believe that so many large salt water fish could be caught there. Video clip filmed by Roger Muller.
